Philly Recap.

The Reading Terminal Market was a huge market filled with local
vendors, restaurants, and other boutiques. It was a visual feast.

The architecture in Philly was really beautiful.

Having been to Pat's and Geno's before, we tried Jim's Steaks,
which was delicious. The line around the block was a good sign.

The weather was hot so Phileo Yogurt was a must. Red
velvet cake was by far the best flavor. And non-fat! Sa-weet!

What is more charming than cobblestone streets?

I'm headed to Philly this weekend for some cheese-
steaks, brotherly love, shopping along cobblestone streets
and a general change of scenery. Have a good weekend, dolls!

SJP is one hell of a diva. This lemon
meringue color is really working for her.

Not much is better than friends, wine and a rooftop
patio overlooking the city. Pretty much perfect.

What in holy hell did NeNe (circa Real Housewives of
Atlanta and my fave character) do to her once-beautiful
nose? The before and after pictures are shocking.

This really speaks volumes about our society, doesn't it?
I guess it's the cultural-studies-student side of me speaking. Sad.

Copycat?

Christina Aguilera has received a lot of criticism lately for allegedly copying Lady Gaga's style. I must admit "Not Myself Tonight" does have a lot of Gaga-esque qualities. But I've got to ask, is Christina copying Lady Gaga or is this style simply the new look of pop music these days? Miss Aguilera is certainly not pleased about the comparisons, as noted in her recent blog.

Oh my freaking God, this is the best viral video I've seen in ages. Check out a group of US soldiers stationed in Afghanistan work it out to Gaga's "Telephone." The boys even have costumes and choreography! WORK IT!
