What are your Halloween plans this year?I haven't nailed down my Halloween-night plans quite yet, but I will surely end up in D.C. with the rest of the area's 20-somethings. I am pretty excited about my costume. Hint: It includes a blond wig, a hair bow and no pants. All I need now is my paparazzi....
